Ingredients:
·         1 fresh grated ginger
·         2 cups filtered water
Optional Ingredients according to variation of tea
·         1 cinnamon stick
·         Chamomile flowers
·         Fresh mint leaves
·         Turmeric
·         1 tablespoon raw honey
·         ½ lemon,juiced
Directions
·         Peel the ginger root and slice it into thin slices or grate it
·         Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan . once it is boiling ,add the ginger.
·         Allow it to steep for 5 to 10 mins.
·         Remove the ginger .
·         Add honey to taste,if desired or other optional ingredients according to variation of tea.
